Abstract: To introduce the clinical experience of Director CHEN Dingjia in treating knee bi disease. Director CHEN Dingjia believes that knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of knee bi disease in traditional Chinese medicine. The three pathogens of wind, cold, and dampness are the key factors in the onset of knee bi disease, and the climate in southern Fujian is humid and hot all year round. The pathogens of wind, cold, dampness, and heat invade the knee at the same time, ultimately leading to knee bi disease. Knee bi is located in the knee and is closely related to organs such as the liver, spleen, and kidneys. The clinical practice focuses on the overall differentiation of syndromes, local external treatment, and manipulation of tendons, using methods such as oral medication, fumigation, point application, and manipulation of tendons for treatment.
