Abstract:This paper introduces Professor FU Ping's clinical experience in treating incomplete abortion by animal medicines. Professor FU Ping believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of post-abortion symptoms lies in the damage to the thoroughfare and conception vessels, leading to derangement of qi movement in meridian vessels and the deficiency of blood and vessels. She views the post-abortion disease course in four stages, emphasizing the importance of regulating qi and blood. Her treatment strategy involves the use of mild medicines, primarily focusing on moving qi to boost qi,and invigorating blood and dissolving stasis. Professor FU places great importance on the meridian entries of medicines and commonly uses specific pairs of animal medicines, such as Scolopendra-Eupolyphaga Steleophaga, Ostreae Concha-Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum, and Pheretima-Hirudo. These pairs are carefully selected according to the underlying pathogenesis and applied based on syndrome differentiation.
