Abstract: This paper presents Director CAO Xuemei's clinical experience in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with the comprehensive therapy of dynamic and static regulation of spirit. Director CAO Xuemei believes that the core pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is the imbalance of yin and yang movements, with the key being insufficient yang qi in the spleen and kidney, leading to phlegm dampness and blood stasis obstruction, gradually forming negative pathological products such as phlegm, dampness, and blood stasis that accumulate in the uterus, ultimately causing polycystic ovary syndrome. Based on the concept of body-spirit integration, Director CAO Xuemei proposes a comprehensive therapy of dynamic and static regulation of spirit, using the acupuncture technique of regulating and unblocking the conception vessel and governor vessel to restore interaction between the two vessels and between yin and yang, and skillfully using thunder-fire moxibustion to treat deficiency with supplementation and treat excess with drainage. She emphasizes the combination of aerobic exercise and breathing qi gong with the cinnabar field to regulate the body and spirit, thus achieving yin and yang balance in the body.
