Abstract: Objective: To search, evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of Chinese medicine nursing intervention for cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,so as to provide evidence for clinical nursing practice. Methods:All the evidence on Chinese medicine nursing intervention for CRF in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in domestic and foreign databases, websites of guidelines, and professional association websites were systematically searched, including guidelines, expert consensus, summary of evidence, systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials and clinical decisions. The search period was from June 1, 2012 to October 31, 2023. Literature quality was evaluated independently by two researchers, and standardized evidence was extracted and summarized in combination with professional judgment. Results: A total of 26 literature were included, including 7 guidelines,2 expert consensus,1 summary of evidence,9 systematic reviews,6 randomized controlled trials, and 1 clinical decision. Finally, 15 best evidences were summarized from 8 aspects, such as differentiated syndrome classification, differentated diets, Chinese medicine sports nursing, differentiated entertainment ways, acupoint massage, auricular point therapy, moxibustion and Chinese medicinal medication guidance. Conclusion: The best evidence summarized has guiding significance for clinical nurses to formulate scientific and effective Chinese medicine nursing plan for CRF in colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. When applying and transforming the evidence,Chinese medicine practitioners can fully combine the will of patients, severity of disease and clinical reality to select the best intervention measures to reduce the fatigue of patients and improve the quality of life during chemotherapy.
