Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zhike Pingchuan Twelve-Flavor Mixture in the treatment of asthma-COPD overlap （ACO） of phlegm-heat type. Methods：A total of 88 ACO patients who visited the Ningbo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from September 2020 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group， with 44 patients in each group， using a random number table method. The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Inhaled Powder Inhalation （Ⅱ），while the treatment group received a combination of Zhike Pingchuan Twelve-Flavor Mixture on the basis of the control group， with a treatment course of four weeks for both groups.
