Abstract:Chinese Internal Medicine is a core course in the discipline of Chinese Medicine as a bridge between basic theory and clinical practice. Traditional teaching of Chinese Internal Medicine focuses on the teaching of Chinese medicine theory and clinical knowledge, and the cultivation of students' professional qualities and cultural confidence has been neglected. This study explores the application of the Problem- Based Learning (PBL) teaching model in the integration of ideological and political elements in the teaching of Chinese Internal Medicine. Starting from the teaching designs and teaching methods,the ideological and political elements are integrated throughout the classroom teaching, assessment standards, and evaluation system, and the values and educational content embedded in the professional curriculum are emphasized.
