Abstract: This paper summarizes Professor HUANG Jianling's experience in fertility-preserving for young patients with early-stage endometrial cancer. Professor HUANG believes that the key pathogenesis of endometrial cancer lies in the deficiency of healthy qi and the excess of pathogenic qi, and the main pathogenic factors are deficiency, blood stasis, dampness, toxicity, and heat, mainly involving the kidney, liver, and spleen. In terms of treatment,Professor HUANG advocates a phased approach, with the first stage focusing on reversing endometrial lesions, the second stage focusing on regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy, and the third stage focusing on preventing recurrence. Medication follows the principles of combining disease and syndrome, integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine, and adapting to clinical syndromes,so as to unblock the meridians and uterus and regulate the yin and yang of the viscera and bowels.
