Abstract：Objective：To explore the medication rule of Chinese medicinals in treating high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection based on data mining techniques. Methods： Clinical research literature on Chinese medicinals for cervical HR-HPV infection was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrustructure，China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP) and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang) to build a prescription database. The software such as SPSS Modeler18.0， SPSS Statistics26.0 ， and Cytoscape3.8.1 were used to analyze the medication rule. Results ： A total of 89 prescriptions involving 163 kinds of Chinese medicinals were included，with a total usage frequency of 1 130 times. Sixteen high-frequency Chinese medicinals with a usage frequency higher than 20% were screened out，with the top five being Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma，Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex， Astragali Radix，Coicis Semen，and Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma. In terms of usage frequency，the top three medicinal nature were cold，warm，and neutral；the top three medicinal flavors were sweet，bitter，and acrid；the top four channel entries were liver，spleen，stomach，and lung meridians；the top four efficacy of medicinals were those used for clearing heat， supplementing deficiency， promoting urination and percolating dampness， and activating blood and removing stasis. Ten groups of core drug combinations were obtained through association rule analysis， with the top three being Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix， Astragali Radix-Codonopsis Radix， and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma- Codonopsis Radix. Six groups of medicine combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion：The treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection often uses deficiency-supplementing medicines such as Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Astragali Radixto to protect the spleen and stomach to treat the root， combined with heat-clearing and dampness-removing medicines such as Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Coicis Semen to dispel pathogen and treat the symptoms. The combination of these medicines plays a role in reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling pathogen.
