Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Dieda Qili Tablets combined with external application of Sihuang Ointment on rapid rehabilitation during the perioperative period of clavicular fracture. Methods： A total of 60 cases of patients with clavicular fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of clavicular fractures. The control group was treated with oral Celecoxib Capsules， and the observation group was treated with oral administration of Dieda Qili Tablets combined with external application of Sihuang Ointment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Compared the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores， Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores， and Constant-Murley scores between the two groups before and after treatment； compared the clinical efficacy， preoperative waiting time， intraoperative bleeding volume， length of hospital stay，and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group，which was higher than that of 70.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). After one and two weeks of treatment，the TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the Constant-Murley scores were increased (P＜ 0.05)；the Constant-Murley score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05)，and the TCM syndrome score and VAS score were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group had a shorter preoperative waiting time and hospitalization time compared to the control group (P＜0.05)； there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion： The combination of Dieda Qili Tablets and external application of Sihuang Ointment can promote rapid rehabilitation during the perioperative period of clavicular fracture， effectively reduce pain， improve shoulder joint function， shorten preoperative waiting time，and have significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
