Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin- Releasing Hormone Antagonists on girls with precocious puberty. Methods： A total of 92 girls with precocious puberty were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists， and the observation group was treated with Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores， sex hormone indexes， thyroid function indexes， ovarian volume， uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results： After treatment， the TCM syndrome scores and the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH)， follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)， estradiol (E2)， thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)， free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and ovarian volume，uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were decreased (P＜0.05)， and the TCM syndrome scores and all sex hormone indexes and thyroid function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and the ovarian volume， uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion：The therapy of Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormone，improve thyroid function and alleviate the symptoms of girls with precocious puberty.
