Abstract： Jingu Tongxiao Pills is a new Chinese medicine formulation developed based on Pingle GUO's bonesetting theory. It has the effects of invigorating blood and dissolving stasis，moving qi to relieve pain，and warming and unblocking the meridian and collateral，and has achieved significant results in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. This article，based on the "emphasis on both sinews and bones" of Pingle GUO's bonesetting theory and the formulation rules of chief， deputy， assistant and envoy， analyzes the compatibility relationship of Chinese medicinals in the formulation of Jingu Tongxiao Pills， aiming to summarize the medication rules of Jingu Tongxiao Pills's formulation and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
