Abstract： This paper introduces Professor CHEN Guangxing's clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Professor CHEN Guangxing， based on his understanding of bi syndrome in the Jin Gui Yao Lve (Essentials from the Golden Cabinet) and years of clinical experience， proposes that liver spleen insufficiency is the intrinsic basis of RA onset， and external pathogenic factors such as wind， cold， dampness， and heat are the triggers of RA onset. In clinical practice， RA is often treated with methods of supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney， and dispelling wind and unblocking the collaterals. The differentiation and treatment of RA into active and remission stages have achieved good clinical efficacy.
