Abstract： LU Lihuan， the representative successor of LU's acupuncture and moxibustion therapy， learns from both Chinese and western medicine， diligently seeks ancient wisdom， learns from others' strengths，and is famous for the significant effect of "nu-method" in treating tinnitus. The article analyzes the academic ideas and experiences of LU Lihuan in using the "nu-method" to treat tinnitus. From the perspective of xiang thinking， LU Lihuan also divides the use of “nu” techniques into four aspects， namely "preparation for firing"， "targeted targeting"， "use of nu-method" and "dependence on fire and flatus"，with significant effects in regulating and conducting reversed qi，and with a good therapeutic effect on tinnitus.
