Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen Prescription combined with auricular point seed-pressing on central precocious puberty (CPP) with phlegm-damp stagnation syndrome. Methods： A total of 84 girls with CPP with phlegm-damp stagnation syndrome who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted from April 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of Leuprorelin Acetate， and the study group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Prescription combined with auricular point seed-pressing on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. Compared the clinical efficacy， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores， growth and development status， secondary sexual characteristic indicators， and sex hormone levels between the two groups after six months of treatment. Results：After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，body mass index (BMI)，bone age difference，uterine volume，ovarian volume，and breast nucleus indexes in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，differences being significant (P＜0.05)；the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score， BMI， bone age difference， uterine volume， ovarian volume， and breast nucleus index in the study group were all lower than those in the control group， differences being significant (P＜0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone (LH)，follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)， and estradiol (E2) in both groups were declined when compared with those before treatment， differences being significant (P＜0.05)； the LH， FSH， and E2 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The combination of Jianpi Yishen Prescription combined with auricular point seed-pressing can further improve the clinical efficacy of CPP with phlegm-damp stagnation syndrome and regulate the growth and development of children.
