Abstract：Feifeng is a new disease name proposed by ZHANG Jingyue，which is essentially stroke in modern medicine. By sorting out Jing Yue Quan Shu (The Complete Works of ZHANG Jingyue)，it can be seen that ZHANG Jingyue has made a strict argument and distinction between feifeng and stroke， proposing that the root cause of this disease is internal injury and accumulation. He deeply analyzed the origin of feifeng from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis， and took tonifying healthy qi as the main principle of treating feifeng. Through reading Jing Yue Quan Shu and referring to related literature，the authors conducted a preliminary analysis of ZHANG Jingyue's main syndrome differentiation and medication thinking for treating feifeng，aiming to provide a systematic diagnosis and treatment method for the clinical treatment of stroke and its sequela.
