Abstract： This paper introduces Professor CUI Yun's clinical experience in diagnosing and treating oligoasthenospermia based on the homogeny of liver and kidney theory. Professor CUI Yun believes that the core pathogenesis of oligoasthenospermia lies in kidney deficiency and liver constraint. He proposes that liver constraint is the beginning of all diseases in men， and kidney deficiency is the root of all diseases in men. He advocates the use of the homogeny of liver and kidney theory to diagnose and treat oligoasthenospermia， and has formed the treatment characteristics of "tonifying both liver and kidney to promote the mutual transformation of essence and blood"，and "soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney to promote the smooth flow of qi and blood"，and "nourishing the kidney and clearing the liver to promote the harmony of wood and water". The treatment is well-equipped with theory，method，prescription，and medicine，and has significant characteristics，which often achieves good results in clinical practice.
