Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the combination use of Longsha Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture and rehabilitation training on autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods:A total of 100 cases of ASD children were selected and divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training, and the trial group was treated with Longsha Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two days and then given a rest for one day. As one month was a course of treatment, and a total of three courses of treatment were given. The clinical effects,and scores of Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) and Psychoeducational Profile (Third Edition) (PEP-3) for autism children were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the trial group was 90.00%,higher than that of 70.00% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). The score of each detailed rule and regulation in ATEC and the total scores in the two groups were reduced than those before treatment, and the score of each detailed rule and regulation in ATEC and the total score in the trial group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). The score of each detailed rule and regulation in PEP-3 in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment, and the score of each detailed rule and regulation in PEP-3 in the trial group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination use of Longsha Kaihe Liuqi Acupuncture and rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical effect on ASD and improve the language,social, behavioral,cognitive and motor abilities of children.
