Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yangwei Granules combined with bismuth quadruple therapy for chronic non-atrophic gastritis caused by helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection with spleenstomach qi deficiency syndrome. Methods： A total of 106 cases of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis caused by Hp infection were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bismuth quadruple therapy，and the observation group was additionally treated with Yangwei Granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks. Clinical effects， gastrointestinal symptom scores， Hp eradication rates， symptom scores of the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome， as well as levels of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) - α， interleukin (IL) -2， and IL-32 were compared between the two groups. Results： After two weeks of treatment courses， the total effective rate was 94.34% in the observation group， which was higher than that of 79.25% in the control group (P＜0.05). After two weeks of treatment courses，the Hp eradication rate was 92.45% in the observation group， which was higher than that of 75.47% in the control group (P＜0.05). After one and two weeks of treatment，the scores of the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and GSRS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time points (P＜0.05). After treatment， symptom scores of the spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and symptom scores of the spleenstomach qi deficiency syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05). After treatment， levels of TNF- α and IL-32 in serum in the two groups were declined when compared with those before treatment，and IL-2 levels were increased (P＜0.05)；the levels of TNF-α and IL-32 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and IL-2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Yangwei Granules combined with bismuth quadruple therapy has a significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic nonatrophic gastritis caused by Hp infection with spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome，which can improve patients' gastrointestinal symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes， increase Hp eradication rates，and inhibit inflammatory response.
