Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine on cervical spondylosis. Methods:A total of 72 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group. The trial group was treated with Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The Visual Analogue Scale of Pain (VAS) and range of motion of cervical vertebra (ROM) before and after treatment 30-minute, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the VAS score in the trial group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the ROM scores in both groups were increased (P<0.05),and the ROM score in the trial group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 94.4% in the trial group, higher than that of 83.3% in the control group, there being no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Kangua Needling of Dulong Needling in Taoist medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis,which can immediately relieve pain and improve cervical motion.
