Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Professor MA Dazheng's external washing prescription combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation on vulvar leukoplakia. Methods：A total of 40 patients with vulvar leukoplakia treated in the Department of Gynecology of Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2022 were collected. All patients were treated with Professor MA Dazheng's self-designed external washing prescription combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation. The external washing prescription was applied once every other day， 15 minutes each time， 10 times for a course of treatment， and a total of two courses of treatment. The electrical stimulation treatment was alternated with the external washing prescription ， once every other day ， 10 times for a course of treatment， and a total of two courses of treatment. The external washing prescription and electrical stimulation treatment were stopped during the menstrual period. The degree of vulvar pruritus，the elasticity of vulvar skin，the range of vulvar lesions，the color of vulvar skin，and the quality of life scores were compared before and after treatment ， and the clinical effects were observed after three months of follow-up. Results：After treatment，the scores of vulvar pruritus，vulvar skin elasticity， vulvar lesion range， and vulvar skin color were decreased when compared with those before treatment， differences being significant (P＜0.05)； after treatment， the quality of life score was increased when compared with that before treatment， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After three months of follow-up，the total clinical effective rate was 85.0%. Conclusion：MA Dazheng's external washing prescription combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with vulvar leukoplakia.
