Abstract： This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor JIA Liujin in the treatment of sinusitis in children. According to the course and syndrome characteristics of sinusitis in children，it can be divided into three phases for differentiation and treatment， namely acute attack phase， recurrent and lingering phase， and chronic recurrence phase； the corresponding treatment methods include dispelling pathogenic qi， clearing lung-heat， tonifying the spleen qi， and unblocking nasal orifices， which are the four methods. The main pathogenesis in the acute attack phase is external pathogens invading the lung and intense lung-heat，and the appropriate treatment is to dispel pathogenic qi and clear lung-heat. The main pathogenesis in the recurrent and lingering phase is lingering external pathogens，residual heat，and lungspleen qi deficiency， and the treatment should dispel residual pathogens， clear lung-heat， and tonify spleen qi. The main pathogenesis in the chronic recurrence phase is spleen qi depletion，clear yang failing to ascend，and orifices confused by damp-turbidity，and the treatment should focus on tonifying spleen qi. Meanwhile， the treatment of unblocking the nasal orifices should run through the entire course of the disease.
