Abstract：To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of fetal feebleness. The analysis shows that children with fetal feebleness has low body weight，delicate viscera and bowels，deficient body and incomplete qi， and their growth is closely related to original yang. From the perspective of the governor vessel， the application of the manipulation of unblocking governor vessel and reinforcing yang can unblock viscera and bowels， regulate and harmonize qi and blood， and promote their growth and development. At the same time， by taking viscera and bowels theory as the guidance and paying attention to five viscera， we can select the corresponding points more accurately and treat them based on syndrome differentiation.
