Abstract： Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) is a common complication after stroke， which seriously affects the daily life and prognosis of patients. Lingnan scalp acupuncture is one of the common Lingnan flying needle manipulations，which has certain curative effects and advantages in clinical treatment of PSCI. The authors explores the mechanism of action of Lingnan scalp acupuncture in treating PSCI started from the understanding of PSCI in Chinese medicine and combined with modern medical research，in order to provide more reference for Lingnan scalp acupuncture in treating cognitive impairment after stroke.
