Abstract：This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor CUI Yun treating adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy for prostate cancer based on syndrome differentiation. Endocrine therapy is one of the most important treatments for prostate cancer，which can bring about adverse reactions while controlling tumor. Professor CUI Yun interprets the root cause of adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy for prostate cancer with the theory of "yi and gui are from the same source"，and believes that the liver and kidney depletion is the root cause of related adverse reactions，and dysfunction of shaoyang pivot movement is its important pathogenesis. Therefore，supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney is the basic principle of treatment， the combination of Erzhi Pills， Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills is applied to nourish its root， and Bupleuri Radix categorized formula is applied to harmonize its symptoms， so as to achieve good results.
