目的：基于数据挖掘研究中药熏洗治疗阴道炎用药规律。方法：检索收集从建库至2023 年2 月24 日的中国知网（CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国学术期刊数据库（万方期刊） 收录的中药熏洗治疗阴道炎的临床随机对照文献，构建数据库；统计药物使用频次、性味归经和功效类别，并进行高频药物关联规则和聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果：共筛选出有效处方156 首，涉及中药123 味，药物累计使用1 344 次。苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、百部、白鲜皮、地肤子等23 味为中药熏洗治疗阴道炎的高频药物；药性以平、温为主，药味以苦、甘、辛为主，归经以肝经、肺经为主。关联规则分析获得高频核心药对组合为蛇床子-苦参，3 味药组合为蛇床子-黄柏-苦参，4 味药组合为黄柏-地肤子-蛇床子-苦参，5 味药组合为蛇床子-地肤子-白鲜皮-黄柏-苦参，6 味药组合为白鲜皮-地肤子-百部-黄柏-蛇床子-苦参。聚类分析获得3 组具有关联性的药物组合；药物复杂网络分析获得苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、地肤子、白鲜皮、土茯苓、百部等7 味中药为中药熏洗治疗阴道炎的核心处方。结论：中药熏洗治疗阴道炎以清热药、补虚药和利水渗湿药为主，以清热燥湿、杀虫止痒为治法，辅以补益肝肾。
Abstract：Objective：To study the medication rules of Chinese medicine fumigation for vaginitis based on data mining. Methods：The randomized controlled clinical literatures on Chinese medicine fumigation for vaginitis were searched and collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)，China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP)， China Biology Medicine disc (CBM) and China Science Periodical Database (Wanfang) from the establishment day of the databases to 24th February，2023 and the database was established； the use frequency， nature， flavor， channel entry and curative effects of Chinese medicinals were counted and highly-used Chinese medicinals were given association rule analysis，cluster analysis and complex network analysis. Results： A total of valid 156 prescriptions were screened out； 123 Chinese medicinals were involved which were used for 1 344 times in total. Among them，23 Chinese medicinals were highly used for Chinese medicine fumigation for vaginitis，including Sophorae Flavescentis Radix， Cnidii Fructus， Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex， Stemonae Radix， Dictamni Cortex and Kochiae Fructus；they were mainly mild and warm in nature，and bitter，sweet and pungent in flavor，with main channel entries to the liver and lung. Based on the association rule analysis，the highly-used core medicinal pair was Cnidii Fructus-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix；the combination of 3 medicinals was Cnidii Fructus- Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix， the combination of 4 medicinals was Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Kochiae Fructus-Cnidii Fructus-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix； the combination of 5 medicinals was Cnidii Fructus-Kochiae Fructus-Dictamni Cortex-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix， and the combination of 6 medicinals was Dictamni Cortex-Kochiae Fructus - Stemonae Radix-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Cnidii Fructus-Sophorae Flavescentis Radix. The cluster analysis suggested 3 correlated medicinal combinations ； the complex network analysis showed 7 core Chinese medicinals in the prescriptions of Chinese medicine fumigation for vaginitis， including Sophorae Flavescentis Radix， Cnidii Fructus， Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex， Kochiae Fructus， Dictamni Cortex， Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma and Stemonae Radix. Conclusion： In the prescriptions of Chinese medicine fumigation for vaginitis，medicinals for clearing heat，supplementing deficiency，and promoting urination and percolating dampness are mainly used under the treatment methods of clearing heat and drying dampness， and killing worms and relieving itching， supplemented with tonifying and boosting the liver and kidney.
