    摘要:

    目的:筛选金贝散结颗粒的颗粒成型工艺。方法:在单因素考察的前提下,用正交试验方法,以 清膏∶辅料、辅料A(可溶性淀粉)∶辅料B(糖粉)、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量(乙醇重量∶辅料重量) 为考察因 素,进行四因素三水平L9 (43) 正交试验,以成型率、休止角、堆密度为考察指标,采用多指标加权评分法初 步筛选最佳制粒工艺。结果:确定最优制粒工艺为清膏∶辅料=1∶3,可溶性淀粉∶糖粉=1∶1,95%乙醇用量 为辅料的5%。结论:实验优选的制粒工艺成型率高,颗粒均匀,流动性好,稳定性好。粒度、溶解性均符合 要求,优选工艺合理、可行。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To screen the particle forming process of Jinbei Sanjie Granules. Methods: Under the premise of single factor investigation, orthogonal test was used, and paste to excipients, excipient A (soluble starch) to excipient B (powdered sugar), ethanol concentration and ethanol dosage (ethanol weight to excipient weight) were considered as factors. The four- factor and three- level L9(43) orthogonal test was carried out. The forming rate, angle of rest and bulk density were considered as indicators, and the optimal granulation process was initially screened by multi- index weighted scoring method. Results: The optimal granulation process was determined as paste to auxiliary material =1∶ 3, Soluble starch to powdered sugar = 1∶1,95% ethanol dosage was 5% of excipients. Conclusion:The optimized granulation process has high forming rate,uniform particles,good fluidity and good stability. The particle size and solubility meet the requirements,so the optimal process is reasonable and feasible.
