Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of Ditan Decoction combined with antibiotics on cerebral hemorrhage associated pneumonia. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage associated pneumonia were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sensitive antibiotics based on the patient's condition,and the observation group was treated with Ditan Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical effects were evaluated between the two groups. The body temperature,pulmonary imaging,white blood cell count (WBC) normalization time,and lung rale disappearance time were compared between the two groups. The levels of high- sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs- CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), and WBC were detected before and after treatment in the two groups. The scores of Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score (CPIS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The body temperature, pulmonary imaging, WBC normalization time,and lung rale disappearance time in the observation group were lower or shorter than than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of hs- CRP,PCT,and WBC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05);the levels of hs-CRP,PCT,and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of CPIS and NIHSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the CPIS and NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ditan Decoction combined with antibiotics for cerebral hemorrhage associated pneumonia can shorten the disease course,restore neurological function,reduce the levels of inflammatory responses,and improve clinical effects.
