Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Prescription combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the treatment group by digital parity method,with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment; the control group was additionally treated with acupuncture, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Prescription based on the treatment of the control group. After 1 month of treatment, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups, and the degree of neurological impairment, the motor function, the laboratory indexes and the intracranial hemodynamic indexes were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group,higher than that of 76.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NHISS) in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores were increased (P<0.05);NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and FMA score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), homocysteine (Hcy) and nitric oxide (NO) in serum in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the above levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the average blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery (ACA),middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) in the two groups were increased (P<0.05),and the average blood flow velocity in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Prescription combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction, which can effectively relieve neurological impairment, improve motor function and intracranial hemodynamics, effectively regulate the levels of NO and Hcy in serum, and alleviate inflammation in the body.
