Teaching Reform and Practice of Pharmacotherapeutics Course for Nursing Master Students in Chinese Medicine Institutions Based on the Concept of Science- and- Education Integration
Abstract:Objective:To strengthen the training of basic theoretical knowledge,professional ability and practical innovation ability of nursing master students in Chinese medicine institutions,and promote the teaching reform and practice of pharmacotherapeutics course based on the concept of science-and- education integration. Methods:In this study,92 professional nursing master students were selected as the teaching objects,and the curriculum design was carried out from the following three modules:basic theoretical knowledge, professional ability and practical innovation ability according to the “advanced, innovative and challenging”standards. The teaching effect was evaluated through the Self-Learning Ability Scale and the completion of the teaching effectiveness evaluation questionnaire by master students, experts and fellow teachers. Results: The self- management ability, information ability, learning cooperation ability and self-learning ability total scores of students were all higher than the normal modulus data (P<0.05). Students,fellow teachers and experts all made high evaluation on the teaching effect of this teaching mode,especially the two indicators "this training mode can be applied to other related nursing courses" and "this creates a better teaching atmosphere and effect". Conclusion:Based on the concept of science-and-education integration,the teaching reform and practice of pharmacotherapeutics course for nursing master students in Chinese medicine institutions integrate the teaching of talent training,teaching design and evaluation methods into the whole process of course teaching,and promote the improvement of the three core abilities of students in the self-learning environment,reflecting the integration of the “advanced,innovative and challenging”standards in the teaching content. It also cultivates the thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of students, highlights the characteristic advantages of Chinese medicine institutions,and promotes teaching and learning.
