Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of Famous Old Chinese Medicine Practitioner ZHU Xintai in using the method of three needles at Fengchi point (GB 20). ZHU Xintai believes that the clinical application of the method of three needles has the following three meanings. Firstly，there are three needles to be applied. Secondly， the depth， direction and technique of the three needles are highly consistent. Thirdly，practitioners should pay attention to speed when inserting the needle，and strive to "steady，accurate，gentle and quick" movements，which means that practitioners should hold the needle steadily，select the point accurately，move gentle，and insert the needle quickly. Fengchi point can be used to unblock and regulate the meridian qi，and has the functions of scattering wind and dissipating pathogenic factors，unblocking orifices，regulating and harmonizing qi and blood，relieving menstruation and resolving convulsion. It can be used to treat a lot of diseases，and in clinical practice，the therapeutic effect is better when it is used to treat cervical spondylosis，allergic rhinitis，stroke sequelae，migraine， trigeminal neuralgia and other diseases.
