Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of tongue three needles combined with ice stimulation decoction- contained popside post- stroke dysphasia. Methods:A total of 96 patients with post- stroke dysphasia were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment combined with swallowing rehabilitation training for treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with tongue three needles combined with ice stimulation decoction- contained popside based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical effects,classification of Rosenbeck penetration aspiration scale and improvement of swallowing function were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 93.75% in the observation group and 72.92% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the classification of Rosenbeck penetration aspiration scale in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of food residues classification,Kubota Drinking Water Test and Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of Functional Oral Intake Scale in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05);the scores of food residues classification,Kubota Drinking Water Test and SSA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the score of Functional Oral Intake Scale was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of tongue three needles combined with ice stimulation decoction- contained popside can enhance the clinical effect on post- stroke dysphasia, effectively improve the swallowing function and oral intake function of patients,and improve food residue and reduce the occarrence of aspiration.
