Abstract： This paper introduces the experience of Professor WANG Xiaoqi treating gastric precancerous lesions from stagnant toxin due to spleen deficiency. Professor WANG holds that spleenstomach deficiency is the root of gastric precancerous lesions and pathogenic toxin stagnation is the branch of the disease； gastric precancerous lesions come into being because of the external contraction of pathogens，innate insufficiency or other factors that lead to the depletion of spleen and middle energizer， abnormal ascending and descending of qi movement， blocked qi and blood movement， and the internal accumulation of phlegm turbidity，blood stasis，and damp- heat，and the accumulation and constraint of all these pathogens turn into toxins (toxin of phlegm turbidity，toxin of blood stasis，and toxin of dampheat) over time， and finally， pathogenic toxin obstruct the stomach， resulting in the occurrence of the disease. Therefore，the treatment should focus on taking care of the spleen and stomach and draw out its turbid toxin at the same time； the key to dispelling toxin of phlegm turbidity is to dispel dampness and resolve phlegm， assisted by warming and unblocking； the key to dispelling toxin of blood stasis is to invigorate blood and dissolve stasis，assisted by moving qi；the key to dispelling toxin of damp-heat is to clear heat and resolve toxins， assisted by Chinese medicine with warm nature. By taking deficiency and excess into consideration and treatment，the healthy qi and pathogenic qi can be treated and the root of the diseases can be solved. · 129 ·
