Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of auricular magnetotherapy on thyroid function, thyroidassociated antibodies, thyroid volume, lymphocyte subpopulations, and immunosuppressive function of Tr cells in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods:A total of 63 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis were randomly divided into the auricular magnetotherapy group and the control group. In the control group, if thyroid hormone replacement therapy is available, the original dose of medication is maintained; the auricular magnetotherapy group received auricular magnetotherapy according to point selection of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in thyroid function, thyroid related antibodies, thyroid volume, lymphocyte subpopulations, and immunosuppressive function of Tr cells were observed and compared in the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, when compared with those before
