Abstract:Objective:To explore the point selection rules of acupuncture for sensory disturbance after stroke based on data mining. Methods:The clinical research literature on acupuncture therapy for sensory disturbance after stroke was systematically researched from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2022, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database. The literature that meets the standards were entered into the Excel 2007 database, and the Apriori algorithm was selected from SPSS modeler 18.0 to complete association rule analysis. The high-frequency point co-occurrence network diagram was visualized by using Cytoscape software. The clustering analysis of high-frequency points was completed in SPSS26.0,and the Fruchterman Reingold algorithm and K- core in Gephi 0.9.2 software were used for complex network analysis and community partitioning. Results:A total of 116 clinical research articles were selected, with a total of 117 prescriptions involving 136 points and a total frequency of 1 315 points. The most frequently used points were Zusanli point (ST 36),Quchi point (LI 11),and Hegu point (LI 4). The points with node degree, centrality, and proximity to centrality ranking in the top three were Hegu point (LI 4),Baihui point (GV 20), and Zusanli point (ST 36). The usage frequency of channel point was relatively high, often involving the hand yangming large intestine channel, the foot shaoyang gallbladder channel, and the hand yangming stomach channel. Points were mainly distributed in the upper and lower limbs. The proportion of specific points was relatively high, with intersecting points being the main one. The correlation analysis showed that the commonly used point combination was Zusanli point (ST 36) and Quchi point (LI 11),and the most commonly used channels and collaterals combination was hand yangming large intestine channel and foot yangming stomach channel. Cluster analysis showed that high- frequency points with a usage frequency greater than 20 can be divided into four categories: the first category was Jing points; the second category was Fenglong point (ST 40) and Xuehai point (SP 10);the third category was Hegu point (LI 4),Taichong point (LR 3),Zusanli point (ST 36),Quchi point (LI 11),Yanglingquan point (GB 34),Jianyu point (LI 15),and Shousanli point (LI 10);the fourth category was Sanyinjiao point (SP 6) and Neiguan point (PC 6). The association was divided into 47 core points, including Hegu point (LI 4),Baihui point (GV 20), Zusanli point (ST 36),Quchi point (LI 11), and Waiguan point (TE 5), which could be divided into four associations. Conclusion: Acupuncture for sensory disturbance after stroke has the characteristics and rules of point selection of boosting qi and invigorating blood, and dissolving stasis and unblocking the collaterals.
