Clinical Study of Xueshuantong Injection Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Stable Angina Pectoris due to Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Blood Stasis Obstruction Syndrome
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with routine western medicine for stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome. Methods: A total of 114 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combination group according to the random number table method, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the combination group was treated with Xueshuantong Injection combined with routine western medicine. The 24- hour dynamic electrocardiogram [the frequency of ventricular premature beats, the extent of ST segment depression, the standard deviation of R-R intervals (SDNN),the root mean square of successive R- R interval differences (RMSSD)], vascular endothelial function indicators [nitric oxide (NO), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), endothelin (ET)], and platelet activation function indicators [platelet membrane protein- 140 (GMP- 140)] were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Curative effects of electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the frequency of ventricular premature beats, the extent of ST segment depression,SDNN,and RMSSD in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the above indexes in the combination group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 89.47% in the combination group, higher than that of 66.67% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the GMP- 140 levels in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the level in the combination group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of NO and VEGF in the two groups were increased (P<0.05),and the levels in the combination group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the ET levels in the two groups were decreased (P< 0.05),and the ET level in the combination group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: For patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease with heart blood stasis obstruction syndrome, Xueshuantong Injection combined with routine western medicine can improve electrocardiogram indicators, reduce the level of GMP- 140,and regulate vascular endothelial function with good safety.
