Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Active Bacteria Powder on neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods:The clinical data of 90 neonates with pathological jaundice were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group (46 cases) and the control group (44 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Active Bacteria Powder,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yinzhihuang Granules based on the treatment of the control group. After one week of treatment,the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment,the levels of serum total bilirubin (TBil),direct bilirubin (DBil),indirect bilirubin (IBil), interleukin- 6 (IL- 6), Interleukin- 8 (IL- 8), hypersensitive C- reactive protein (hs- CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and α- glutathione S- transferase (α- GST) were also compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.65% in the observation group and 81.81% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum TBil,DBil and IBil in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of TBil,DBil and IBil in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL- 6, IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of IL- 6,IL- 8,hs- CRP and TNF- α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum CK-MB,LHD and α-GST in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52% in the observation group and 11.36% in the control group, there being no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Active Bacteria Powder can improve the clinical effect on neonatal pathological jaundice,which can improve the levels of serum bilirubin and myocardial enzyme,and reduce the inflammatory reactions of the body,with less adverse reaction.
