Abstract： This paper introduces Professor FENG Zhengquan's clinical experience in the treatment of breast cancer with the three methods of harmonization，dispersion and supplementation. Professor FENG Zhengquan believes that the main pathogenesis of breast cancer is liver and spleen dysfunction；phlegm， stasis and toxin are accumulated in the breast； breast cancer belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of branch and excess of root； the root of breast cancer is liver constraint and spleen deficiency， and the branches are qi stagnation，blood stasis，phlegm coagulation，and toxin gatherings. The prolonged course of disease is mainly manifested as the syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency and qi and blood deficiency. In clinic，the three methods of harmonization，dispersion and supplementation are proficiently applied；the harmonization method mainly harmonizes the liver and spleen， and also harmonizes ying and wei levels； the dispersion method mainly invigorates blood and dissolves stasis， dissolves phlegm and dissipates masses， clears heat and removes toxicity， promotes digestion and guides out stagnation； the supplementation method enriches and nourishes the zang-fu organs，supplements and boosts qi，blood， yin and yang， and combines with unblocking during supplementing， and applying both dispersion and supplementation，so as to achieve good effects.
