Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm silver needle combined with radiofrequency ablation with precise positioning for nonspecific low back pain. Methods:A total of 126 cases of patients with nonspecific low back pain were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the combination group according to the random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warm silver needle combined with radiofrequency ablation with precise positioning, and the combination group was treated with warm silver needle combined with radiofrequency ablation with precise positioning. Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores was used to evaluate lumbar function, Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) was applied to evaluate functional disorder, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was employed to assess low back pain. Before and after treatment,finger-floor distance (FFD) and active range of motion (AROM) for trunk forward bending were compared between the two groups. The clinical effects in the two groups and recurrence within six months were evaluated in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.24% in the combination group, higher than that of 84.13% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the RMDQ and VAS scores were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05);the JOA score in the combination group was higher than that in the control group, and the RMDQ and VAS scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FFD in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and AROM was increased when compared with those before treatment (P< 0.05);FFD in the combination group was lower than that in the control group, and the AROM was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The six- month recurrence rate was 1.67% in the combination group, lower than that of 15.09% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of warm silver needle and radiofrequency ablation with precise positioning for nonspecific lower back pain can improve lumbar mobility and dysfunction, alleviate pain, improve clinical effects, and reduce recurrence.
