Abstract：Shaobei Injection is a Chinese herbal compound preparation composed of citric acid，gallic acid and paeoniflorin. It has the effect of astringing and arresting enuresis，cooling the blood and stanching bleeding，and invigorating blood and dissolving stasis，which is widely used in clinical treatment of internal hemorrhoids，mixed hemorrhoids and other anorectal diseases. A large number of studies have found that Shaobei Injection， whether used alone or combined with other therapies for anorectal diseases， has a significant clinical effect and few adverse reactions，and is favored by patients. The authors systematically summarized the clinical researches on Shaobei Injection in treating internal hemorrhoids， mixed hemorrhoids， rectal prolapse， rectal protrusion and other anorectal diseases， in order to provide more references for the clinical application of Shaobei Injection.
