Abstract:Objective:To explore the administration rule and characteristics of ZHAO Xianke of Zhejiang School of Chinese Medicine in treating female diseases based on data mining technology. Methods: By Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform V2.5,SPSS Modeler and other software and through data mining methods of frequency statistics, association rules and cluster analysis, the prescriptions recorded to treat female diseases in ZHAO Xianke's Handan Posthumous Manuscript were analyzed. Results: A total of 222 prescriptions and 223 kinds of Chinese herbs were collected. Among them, there were 19 Chinese herbs with frequency of 20 or over 20, and the top 5 were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Poria and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma. In terms of four qi,the frequency of warm herbs was the highest,followed by mild herbs and cold herbs. In terms of five tastes,the frequency of acrid herbs was the highest,followed by sweet herbs and bitter herbs. The top 5 channel entries were the spleen,lung,heart,liver and stomach. There were 21 groups of drug association rule analysis with frequency greater than or equal to 30 times, and 12 core drug combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained from the analysis of drug prescription rules. Conclusion:Through data mining analysis,it is concluded that,in treating patients with female diseases, ZHAO Xianke mainly used sweet and acrid herbs to warm and supplement,and focused on the regulation of the liver and spleen,and the liver and kidney. He also combined with the methods of soothing the liver, clearing the liver,inhibiting the liver. His prescriptions provided a certain reference for the clinical treatment of female diseases.
