Abstract：SONG's gynecology school originates from the Tang and Song Dynasties and is one of the four major schools of gynecology in Zhejiang. This paper summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of SONG Shihua，the representative inheritor of this school，in treating infertility. He believes that the treatment of infertility needs to cure the root， regulate menstruation to get pregnant， and pay attention to the liver，spleen and kidney. He carries out treatment based on syndrome differentiation，and establishes“Six Methods of Regulate Menstruation to Get Pregnant”. He also strengthens the foundation and seizes the opportunity to treat the disease. He flexibly prescribes with mild effect，and emphasizes the method of clearing and supplementing，and also takes the three considerations of time，person and place in diagnosis and treatment. He advocates that pregnant women should calm the mind，regulate themselves and calm the fetus.
