Abstract：Professor ZHANG Zhidi believes that senility and kidney depletion is the root cause of bladder cancer，and the internal retention of turbidity-toxin is the symptom of its occurrence and development. In the clinical treatment of bladder cancer，it is necessary to grasp the core pathogenesis of kidney depletion and turbidity-toxin accumulation，and apply the method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the vital essence，and clearing and dissolving turbidity-toxin. In the process of modifying prescription，the alternate medication can prevent relapse， give consideration to both spirit and form， and achieve the synthesis treatment， and has a certain curative effect for bladder cancer. One disease case is attached to provide some guidelines for other physicians.
