Effect of Guanxinning Tablets on Treatment of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Acute ST- Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction of Heart Blood Stasis Obstruction Type
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Guanxinning Tablets on the clinical effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with acute ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) of heart blood stasis obstruction type. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with STEMI of heart blood stasis obstruction type were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment before and after PCI, and the treatment group was additionally given routine dose of Guanxinning Tablets after PCI. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effects, the levels of myocardial injury markers, the indexes of heart function, the Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 93.33% in the control group, there being no significant difference (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK- MB), and high- sensitivity troponin- T (cTn- T) in the two groups were decreased, and the level of cTn-T in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of CK and CK- MB between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of heart function indexes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05); left ventricular end- diastolic diameter (LVEDD) was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the SAQ scores including degree of physical activity limitation, stable state of angina pectoris, angina pectoris attack, treatment satisfaction, and disease cognition degree in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33% in both groups, there being no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Guanxinning Tablets for patients with STEMI of heart blood stasis obstruction type after PCI can improve their quality of life, and promote the recovery of heart function, which is safe and reliable.
