Abstract： Objective： To summarize the current research situation， hotspots， and development directions by analyzing the knowledge graph of the literature related to the study of jueyin disease in the Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage)， so as to provide references and ideas for future research. Methods：Searched on the Chinese National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) from 1957 to 2021 for documents related to jueyin disease in the Shang Han Lun，and a knowledge graph was drawn using the visualization software CiteSpace 5.8.R3. Results： The author with the largest amount of published articles was WAN Yousheng. The institution with the largest number of publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Keywords and prominent words showed that jueyin disease，Shang Han Lun，shaoyin disease， etc. were the mose concerned. Conclusion： The achievements of jueyin disease in Shang Han Lun are relatively long- standing and lack of innovation. Therefore， cooperation between authors should be strengthened，with emphasis on clinical application research.
