Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Director FU Yunqi in treating peripheral facial paralysis. FU focuses on the academic thought of Chinese medicine and also refers to western medicine，and he divides the disease stages precisely and uses both acupuncture and medicine. The method of great needling at healthy sides is adopted throughout the treatment， and meanwhile， he uses sticking of needle to extract， facial flash cupping and electroacupuncture at point pairs. For refractory facial paralysis， attention should be paid to the simultaneous treatment of neck and face based on syndrome differentiation and treatment，and the use of microacupotomy should be used to release the cervical muscle group.
