Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets on erosive oral lichen planus (OLP) and its effect on serum levels of interleukin- 12 (IL- 12) and interleukin- 17 (IL- 17). Methods： A total of 82 erosive OLP patients were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method ， with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets， and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets. With one month being a treatment course， the clinical effects， oral erosion area， pain degree， serum inflammatory factors and immune function indexes， including immune globulin G (IgG)， IgA and IgM in the two groups were evaluated after 4 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 92.68% in the study group and 75.61% in the control group，the difference being significant (P＜ 0.05). After treatment， the oral erosion area and VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the oral erosion area and VAS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the serum levels of IL-12 and IL-17 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the levels of IL- 12 and IL- 17 in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of IgG，IgA and IgM in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the humoral immune indexes in the upper scapes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets has a definite effect on the treatment of erosive OLP，which can inhibit inflammation，improve the body immunity，relieve pain，and reduce the erosive area of lesions.
