Observation on Curative Effect of Compound Qingyi Decoction in Adjuvant Therapy of Acute Pancreatitis and Its Effect on Intestinal Barrier Function and Levels of Inflamma⁃ tory Factor
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Qingyi Decoction in adjuvant therapy of acute pancreatitis and its effect on the intestinal barrier function and changes of levels of serum inflammatory factors of patients. Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine therapy; the control group was additionally given Ulinastatin Injection and Somatostatin for Injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Compound Qingyi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one week. The improvement time of related clinical symptoms, and changes of intestinal barrier function, immune function and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 93.48% in the observation group,higher than that of 78.26% in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05). The relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distention, antipyretic time, and recovery time of gastrointestinal function, white blood count and serum amylase in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum diamine oxidase,D-lactic acid and endotoxin in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD3 + , CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in peripheral blood in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the CD8 + levels in peripheral blood were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+ level was lower than that in the observation group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum procalcitonin, hypersensitive C- reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor- α, interleukin- 8 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the above four levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Qingyi Decoction in adjuvant therapy of acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the intestinal barrier function and immune function of patients and relieve the inflammatory response of the body,which thus further promotes the relief of clinical symptoms of patients and enhances the clinical effect.
