Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with western medicine and Kangfuxin Liquid for erosive oral lichen planues (OLP) with the spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Methods：A total of 75 cases of patients with erosive OLP and the spleen-stomach damp- heat syndrome were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 37 and 38 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid and routine western medicine， and the observation group was additionally treated with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets based on the treatment of the control group. Immune function indexes (CD4 +，CD8 +，CD4 +/CD8 + )，and the scores of the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)，symptoms and signs， and Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP- 14) in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Clinical effects，the recurrence rates，and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 72.97% in the control group and 94.74% in the observation group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of VAS， symptoms and signs，OHIP-14，and CD8+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment， CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the recurrence rates and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞ 0.05). Conclusion：Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with western medicine and Kangfuxin Liquid have a definite curative effect in the treatment of erosive OLP with the spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome， which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients， and enhance the immune function of the body and quality of life，with good safety.
