Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Quanxie Powder combined with chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy scheme，and the observation group was additionally treated with Quanxie Powder based on the treatment of the control group. Clinical effects， changes in T cell subsets， and complications were compared between the two groups. Results：The disease control rate was 93.33% in the observation group，higher than that of 83.33% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). After treatment， CD3+，CD4+，and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and CD8 + was increased when compared with that before treatment (P＜0.05)； but CD3+，CD4+，and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood in the observation were higher than that in the control group，and CD8+ were lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications was 10.00% in the observation group， lower than that of 26.67% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Quanxie Powder combined with chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer can delay the progress of the disease course， improve immunity， reduce the occurrence of constipation，abdominal pain and other adverse conditions，and prolong the survival time of the patient.
