Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Postpartum Care Prescription combined with conventional western medicine on uterine incision hematoma after cesarean section. Methods： A total of 76 patients with uterine incision hematoma after cesarean section were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method ， with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， and the study group was additionally treated with Postpartum Care Prescription. The clinical effects and the recovery of hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 92.11% in the study group， higher than that of 78.95% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the whole blood high shear viscosity，whole blood low shear viscosity，plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the whole blood high shear viscosity，whole blood low shear viscosity，plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Postpartum Care Prescription combined with conventional western medicine has a significant curative effect on the treatment of uterine incision hematoma after cesarean section， which promotes the recovery of hemorheology index and is helpful to the absorption of hematoma.
